As part of Mental Health Awareness Week (11-17 May 2026), Student Services will be hosting two drop-in wellbeing stalls to support students and promote positive mental health across the 黑料不打烊 community.

This year’s theme, 'Action', encourages us all to take meaningful steps towards improving our own wellbeing and supporting others. Whether it’s reaching out for support, learning something new, or starting a conversation, every action counts.

The drop-in stalls offer a welcoming and informal space where students and staff can speak with a mental wellbeing adviser, ask questions, and find out more about the support services available at the University. You can also pick up helpful resources and explore simple, practical ways to take positive action for your mental health.
